A1. How long does an order usually take to process for shipping? A2. Where do you ship to? There should be a person to sign for your package at the delivery address you provide. Yes, we ship to the North Pole. Everywhere in the world, we ship. A3. How much is shipping? The shipping estimator on the Shopping Cart page is mostly accurate. If we are unable to ship your order with the quoted amount, we will let you know after you have placed an order. A4. Why would my order be shipped from Hong Kong? There are nurmerous advantages, the main ones are shipping and labour cost. We occassionally send retail quantity from our Canada location if they are available. B1. Is there a minimum order amount for wholesale? No, we do not. We have customers ordering as little as $20.00USD in a wholesale order. B2. I do not have a business, may I order? Yes. Even though most of our customers are purchasing for their company, we welcome everyone regardless of background. Please be advised that if your order contains 1 or more wholesale items, it will be processed with business standards. Do not order any out of stock or special order item if you cannot wait. B3. Do you have a phone number? We do but not for customer service purposes. Our customers are all over the world in different time zones. We have no plan to implement 24/7 phone support and pass its expense onto you. We would like to keep our focus on the online atmosphere. We are much easier to reach by email (through our online form) and we answer messages every day. Not only we can keep a log of communication with you, we can also address your matter more accurately. B4. I have just placed an order (and did not select the "pay now" option), how do I pay? After you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. We will check your order manually to make sure everything is okay. We will then send you payment information to your email. B5. Can I change or cancel my order? Usually this is not possible after an order is entered into the processing stage. When an order has entered into the processing step, there are more agents (such as Swarovski AG) other than us are involved. Please make sure you are only placing your final order. B6. Which currency do you accept? Through PayPal, we accept United States dollar (USD), Canadian dollar (CAD), Eurodollar (EUR), Australian dollar (AUD), British Pound (GBP), and others. We use USD as our main currency. Other currencies will be adjusted daily according to the current exchange rate with USD. Typically, US residents will be asked to submit USD while Canadians will be asked to submit CAD, etc. You may specify the perferred currency during order check-out. For wired transfer, we accept USD, CAD, and HKD only. C1. Do you have a print catalogue? No. Since we update and add new products frequently, the items that we offer are all listed on our online catalogue. For more information on Swarovski products, please see here. C2. Do you have samples? Swarovski has over 20,000 unique items and we simply cannot stock them all. Only certain articles/colors have sample quantity for ordering. Sample quantity costs only a friction of a corresponding factory package. C3. Are the crystal genuine Swarovski? We are a direct importer of Swarovski components and deal with Swarovski factory in Austria directly without any middleman. Authenticity can be proven by the seal on the factory package (original package). Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is the package itself. Also, the quality of Swarovski crystal is not mistakable. C4. Does the crystal come in original package? All factory package quantity comes in its original package (sealed), as prepared by the factory in Austria. C5. Is the product in stock? To see if an item is in stock, first browse to the product page. When you move your mouse over the word "Stock Status" (usually under the color attribute), a small pop up window will show you exactly how many pieces are available.
