III. Perferred Partner Discount

Current Rate: 2.5%

Have you been ordering from us and the transactions have been nothing but smooth? If so, you may be eligible for the Preferred Partner Discount. You understand our processing structure, know how to place an order, and know when to expect the package to arrive. Even though we do not charge our customers for re-sending their bounced back packages but you should not need to pay for others' mistake.

To be eligible, you must:

• have placed at least 3 wholesale orders of at least $500.00USD or 6 wholesale orders regardless of value
• have at least 3 orders with the “Delivered” status
• constantly maintain successful delivery for at least the last 3 orders without additional assistance
• understand what your scheduled delivery date is (as shown during check-out)
• have not cancelled or proposed to cancel any order in any of the previous 10 orders (all orders are final)
• not have any outstanding balance
• be a client in good-standing status

To apply, please contact your account representative for a review. All conditions must be met. This discount rate is not constant and will change depend in part with the exchange rate. This discount is granted to selected clients only and will be revoked if all the eligibilities above cannot be maintained.

IV. Additional Discount and Information

A. The above amount is based on USD. Other currencies will depend on the exchange rate with USD.

B. There is an additional 2% discount (after applying the discount schedule above) for purchases paid by bank wire-transfer. Valid for purchase of $2,000.00USD or more only.

C. The discount schedules are not permanent and is subjected to modification or cancellation without notice.

D. The amount indicated above is before tax, shipping, and any other charges beside the merchandise itself.

E . If a refund is made, any over-discount will be adjusted on the refund amount accordingly.

F. The discount schedules can be combined with any other offer unless noticed. Discount is applied in the following order (if applicable): Schedule 1, Schedule 2, 2% wire transfer.

G. Any next-order discount can only be used with the same account.

H. Discount cannot be applied to the purchase of gift certificate unless indicated.

I. All types of discount have no cash value.

J. Sorry we do not negotiate additional discount for first time buyers. You must first reach the purchase level first.

K. There is a slight discount embedded in prices for payment made in Hong Kong Dollar.
L. All discounts can be revoked if sales contract is not fully respected.

V. Example Calculation

Scenario 1 - Miss Sylvia, beading as a hobby: first time purchase with an amount of $1,100.00USD

On Discount Schedule 1, Sylvia chooses to have the discount applied to her current order. At $1,100.00USD, she can receive $75.00USD off.
    $1,100.00USD - $75.00USD =$1,025.00USD

For Discount Schedule 2, since $1,025.00USD exceeds the $1,000.00USD mark, Sylvia is eligible for this additional 3% discount.
    $1,025.00USD - 3% = $994.25USD

Sylvia decides to pay in Hong Kong Dollar for an additional 2% discount. This discount is embedded in the displayed HKD price.
    $994.25USD - 2% = $973.37USD

Sylvia saves $125.64USD in total. Now she only needs to add shipping and handling fee to the total.

Scenario 2 - Tim runs a shop: making a purchase with an amount of $3,000.00USD; he has made a total of $6,000.00USD purchase within the last 3 months.

On Discount Schedule 1, at $3,000.00USD, he can received $200.00USD off.
    $3,000.00USD - $200.00USD = $2,800.00USD

For Discount Schedule 2, since Tim had made $6,000.00USD purchase within the last 3 months, plus $2,800.00USD (current order value), totals $8,800.00USD. $8,800.00USD exceeds the $8,000.00USD mark, he can receive an additional 6% off.
    $2,800.00USD - 6% = $2,632.00USD

Tim decides to pay by wire-transfer for an addtional 2% discount.
    $2,632.00USD - 2% = $2,579.36USD

Tim saves $420.64USD in total. After the order he made this time, he has an accumulative purchase of $8,579.36USD, which he could accumulate for an even bigger discount percentage next time he orders.
