Shipping Information

Retail order (B2C) and wholesale order (B2B) have different shipping and handling rate. If your order contains both wholesale and non-wholesale items, it will be considered as a wholesale order. Any non-wholesale item will not be counted toward the calculation of a wholesale order. In other words, retail items are shipped free along wholesale items.

Due to the volume of orders we process, we normally ship every Thursday and Friday for all orders placed before our office closes on Tuesday. We cannot provide rush service.

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping and handling fee for certain countries and shipping methods. If you prefer to ship on account with a courier, such as Fedex or DHL, we may collect a 4% handling fee on behalf of the 3rd-party dispatchment agent. Please note brokerage fee with courier company could be very costly (and often outrageous.) Please check with your courier company regarding international importation if necessary.

Processing Time	The above time is for shipping only. Products are shipped according to availability. We try to ship items as soon as possible. For information on wholesale order processing time, please see Wholesale Order for more information. Retail order will be shipped within days after payment is received unless a backorder is placed.
Pick Up	If you are visiting Hong Kong, you may arrange to pick up your order in person. You must pre-order and pre-paid (15% non-refundable deposit) at least 1 week ahead because our pick up location is not a sales office or a warehouse. Remaining balance to be paid by cash (Hong Kong Dollar only) at the time of pick up. There is no shipping or handling fee with all pick up orders.
Please be advised that you will be the importer of any items shipped from a foreign country. You will be responsible for any tax and/or duty your country applied on the goods. Customs of your country may also delay your shipment, which is an issue we, nor the shipping company, have any control over.
